2. Description of Service

IPDrift provides IP geolocation services including but not limited to:

• IP address geolocation lookup
• Location data including country, region, city, and coordinates
• ISP and organization information
• Security and threat intelligence data

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API key. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

IPDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
